|You are an HR professional with, minimally, a number of years of HR experience in a commercial, business-to-business environment. Experience in an international environment is an advantage. Command of the English language (company language) is a must. Flexibility, ingenuity and practical knowledge and experience with the full HR tool kit (recruitment & selection, Hay job assessment, training & development, compensation & benefits) within either the French or the German national context are a definite requirement. As an HR professional you know the national market and you are able to operate as sparring partner of national and local (commercial) management.
